John Doller, PE, is the Carollo representative on the WDBC board and was elected to serve as president for 2017. As president, he is responsible for presiding at all board of directors and executive committee meetings and managing the overall operations of the Council. In this leadership capacity, he is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the Council.
As a senior vice president with Carollo Engineers, Inc., John Doller has 30 years of experience in the evaluation, design, construction, and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities throughout the US. Located in Phoenix, AZ, John currently serves as the National Director of Design-Build Project Delivery, overseeing all program management, construction management, and alternative delivery projects for the company. Doller has a BS in civil engineering and an MS in environmental engineering with registrations in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. He is a also member of DBIA, AWWA, WEF, and the CMAA.
