4th Edition of the Design-Build Handbook
The use of collaborative delivery methods for water and wastewater projects has been steadily increasing over the past decade. Throughout this period, the research conducted for the Water Design-Build Council (WDBC) on the use of these delivery models consistently reports that more and more owners praise them for their ability to achieve quality projects on schedule and within budget. Since 2008, the WDBC has provided a Handbook for owners of municipal and private systems that answers their questions as to how to achieve a successful design-build project. The updated and expanded 4th Edition of the Water and Wastewater Design-Build Handbook is the most encompassing and descriptive than previous editions. This new edition provides the most comprehensive information and clear direction on best practices on the various collaborative delivery methods to those responsible for procuring, designing and building public and private water or wastewater capital projects. The Handbook continues to be provided as an educational resource for owners, and is now available for sale to other industry sectors.
