Todd Larson is the B&V Member Alternate to the WDBC Board of Directors where he serves as a member of the Technical Practices, Education & Outreach and Research Committees. As an Associate Vice President and Director of Design-Build Client Accounts for Black & Veatch’s North American Water Central Division, Todd is responsible for business development and operations for B&V Projects in the United States and Canada. He was previously was assigned to the South Asia-Pacific Expanded Scope Operations in Australia.
As a design-builder with 25 years of experience in all aspects of project delivery, Todd is able to bridge the needs and requirements of his client, planners, design engineers, constructors and operators, ensuring that all stakeholders collaboratively develop excellent solutions. He has led project delivery teams in Australian Alliance Frameworks, design-build-operate (DBO), construction management at risk (CMAR) and traditional delivery methods. His project management responsibilities include overall planning, execution and control, startup, and closeout on water and wastewater projects up to US$340-million in project cost. Todd is unique in the design-build industry as he has served as project manager on two of the largest DBO water projects in the United States.
