Eric Stannard has over 25 years of heavy civil industry experience, specializing in constructing highways, roads, complex site work, large remediation efforts, airports, public transit systems, and a wide variety of water infrastructure related projects, from dams and flood control structures to reservoirs, wastewater treatment plants, and levees. In Eric’s position as vice president of public procurement, he oversees Teichert’s estimating department, project controls, engineering services, and alternate procurement departments. He is an active member of the Caltrans Construction Partner Steering Committee (CCPSC) since 2016 and an active member of the Caltrans AGC Liaison Committee.
Eric has successfully delivered projects throughout California since 1997. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients to thoroughly analyze their projects for constructability, risks, value engineering opportunities, and budgeting. Throughout his career he has held leadership positions in project management as well as serving as chief estimator and director of public works.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from California State University, Chico.
