Gayle Dendinger is the founder and CEO of CAP Logistics. He has been in the expedited freight services industry more than 40 years. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, CAP Logistics operates one of the most extensive and comprehensive domestic and international heavyweight and emergency transportation and distribution networks. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and has done post-graduate work in entrepreneurship at the University of Denver.

Recognizing the need for a venue for Colorado leaders to better work with each other, he founded the Colorado Business Roundtable in conjunction with the 23 state roundtables and the Business Roundtable in Washington.

A great believer in the power of collaboration, Gayle established ICOSA Media, a media services company entailing publishing, video production, and a radio program. These services are made available to ICOSA collaborative partners to promote leadership, share the message of collaboration, and to empower business leaders.

Gayle was recognized with the 2011 Brian Vogt Community Leader of the Year Award from the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce. CAP Logistics received the 2008 Denver Metro Chamber Small Business of the Year award, the Governor’s Export Award in 2008, and the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service Corporate Stewardship Recognition in 2007. In 2005, CAP Logistics earned the US Department of Commerce Export Achievement Certificate and the Colorado Ethics in Business Award. In 2004, the company earned the Colorado Performance Excellence Foothills Award (state-level Baldrige Award for Excellence in Approach).
