John Reynolds

John Reynolds is the senior vice president of infrastructure for Webcor and serves as the companywide subject matter expert on the topic. He not only leads the procurement of public infrastructure for the company throughout the state but is involved in the daily executive oversight of Webcor’s infrastructure works. John has dedicated the majority of his 30 years of experience in construction management to public infrastructure with an acute focus on wastewater and transportation work, and as such, John was brought on by Webcor to diversify and expand its private-heavy portfolio in 2010. John has grown Webcor to be one of California’s leading infrastructure contractors with landmark projects including San Francisco’s $1.5B Salesforce Transit Center and $1.3B Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant Biosolids Digester Facilities and the largest underground water storage facility in the western United States in Los Angeles for the LADWP, among others.
