Joe brings 30 years of experience as a civil and environmental engineer to his dual roles as Stantec’s odor control service lead and Stantec’s water regional business lead for US Northeast and North Central. Joe focuses on the design and construction oversight of wastewater, pump station, combined sewer overflow, and sewer separation projects. His experience includes the management and design at some of the largest wastewater projects across North America.
