Steve Lynk is a senior vice president with CDM Smith and serves as the national collaborative project delivery design leader for the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has worked extensively on large water treatment collaborative delivery projects throughout the country. Steve has served as the design manager on some of the largest and most complex water treatment progressive design-build (PDB) projects in the firm. Most recently he served as the design manager for a $1.8 billion PDB water treatment project in Houston, Texas.Collaboration, innovation, and inclusion are key to the success of big design-build projects. Implementing such measures in the early phases of a project helps ensure overall project success and should be a guiding principle on all large design-build projects.
