Wesley Smith leads collaborative project development efforts for Black & Veatch's water business sector. His background includes planning, risk management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and general construction. With project experience including the Central Artery Project in Boston, the Tunnel and Reservoir Program in Chicago, and the Southern Nevada Water Authority treatment and transmission infrastructure in Las Vegas, his resume includes a history of successful deliveries using design-build, construction management at-risk, and design-bid-build. Wesley has a B.S. in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has directly contributed to the deployment of over $1.5 billion in infrastructure throughout the United States.
