Jessica Adams-Weber, PE, is a vice president and the Water Business Group client development lead for HDR’s Missouri and Kansas service area. She represents HDR on the WDBC Board of Directors. Jessica is a registered engineer in California, Missouri, and Kansas with a focus on drinking water and wastewater planning, design, and construction services. She has spent the majority of her career focused on collaborative delivery methods (all models of DB and CMAR) as well as serving as an owner advisor on a wide range of project types. She has extensive experience in supporting public utilities in developing collaborative delivery procurement documents. At HDR, Jessica leads highly collaborative teams comprised of national technical experts, planning specialists, strategic communications staff, and marketing coordinators to provide effective deliverables for their clients.
Jessica is an active member of the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation. She currently serves as a board member and liaison for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee to the Kansas AWWA Board. Jessica is an active participant on several of HDR’s internal, technical practice groups including Utility Management Services, Program Management, Water Treatment Engineering, and Asset Management. She is also a contributing editor to HDR’s Safe Drinking Water Act wall chart and blog.
