As the water construction lead for Burns & McDonnell in Florida, Justin Sobol is responsible for leading the water business in the Southeastern US.

With more than 15 years of experience in project development and project management, Justin has worked on over $4B in collaborative delivery projects in both the water and power Industries. He works with owners to develop technically strong solutions as well as an overall project delivery approach that maximizes the opportunity for success in terms of the three key components of any project: budget, schedule, and quality. Justin believes that any successful project is the result of collaboration with all the project stakeholders and requires an innovative and proven designer, a safety-focused builder, and a highly communicative owner.

Justin is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and participates on both the national and FL region Water/Wastewater Committees and on multiple subcommittees. Additionally, Justin is an active member and trainer with the Water Collaborative Delivery Association and is a certified project management professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.
