Paul brings nearly 50 years of experience in the water infrastructure business to the Water Collaborative Delivery Association. This includes 13 years as a design engineer, 18 years in construction focusing on low-bid self-performance pursuits, and 16 years in the design-build business as president of CDM Constructors where he championed the growth of the firm’s construction business into a major design-build company earning over $400 million in annual at-risk construction revenues globally.
Since his retirement from CDM Smith, he has continued to serve the water design-build business as a private consultant doing training, mentoring, dispute resolution, and various other advisory roles for owners, engineers, contractors, and design-build teams.
Paul received an MS in sanitary engineering from the University of Connecticut and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Vermont.
