Wesley Smith leads collaborative project development efforts for Black & Veatch Water’s Central U.S. Region. His background includes planning, risk management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and general construction. With project experience ranging from work on the Central Artery Project in Boston to the Tunnel and Reservoir Program in Chicago to multiple components of the Southern Nevada Water Authority treatment and transmission infrastructure in Las Vegas, his resume includes a history of successful project deliveries using design-bid-build, design-build, and CM at-risk.
Wesley has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and has directly contributed to the deployment of over $1.5 billion in infrastructure throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has gained practical project delivery experience and knowledge specific to the water and energy sectors.
